※ What is the Disaster Prevention Dry-Transformer?
Disaster Prevention Dry-Transformer is suitable for standard of international environment (IEC60076-11) F1, C2, E2 test that regulates amount of poisonous gas, visible distance with smoke transmissivity and highest temperature of flame. This is reliable transformer that protects life and property in the event of fire. It is also possible to recycle 97% of the waste resources to prevent environmental pollution.
※ IEC 60076-11 Test
- F1 (Fire Behavior test)
A test to determine the volume of harmful gas, sight security (transmission factor), and maximum flame temperature when transformer in fire.
- C2 (Climatic test)
Perform heat impact test to raise the temperature from –25℃ modified to 2 times of rating current.
No appearance damage such as tracking found in insulation test performed at 80% (40kV) of standard test value(50kV).
- E2 (Environment Test)
No abnormality found in the insulation test leaving it in a chamber with 93% of relative humidity for 6 hours or longer.
In addition, no appearance damage found such as tracking in moist penetration test for 144 hours.

It uses the insulation material(NOMEX) that is strong against high temperature and it prevents the deterioration in overload and accidents from high temperature by the high frequency to have the high reliability and extended service year for the transformer.

By using 220°C insulation material that is more outstanding than "H" Class type insulation material with the thermal resistance limit of 180°C that there is no life shortening and accident arising for transformer at the excessive loading above the rated capacity.

There is no epoxy resin layer on the coil that there is no crack from the expansion and contraction under the loaded operation, and it maintains outstanding stability under the drastic change of loading.
